**All cancellation requests must be made in writing via e-mail at Info@Deepartyrental.com. Dee Party Rental will review all cancellation requests and will respond in writing.

A 35% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve the items greater than seven days, for all other reservations, payment is due in full. Final payment is due 72-hours prior to delivery. The final payment will be charged to the credit card saved on file. All payments are final and are nonrefundable.

Please note: That items requested are not reserved until payment is received. Payment not processed timely may result in the items becoming unavailable.

All rentals are for a 24-hour period. An additional charge will apply for rentals that are not made available at the scheduled pick-up time.

Delivery is to the front door (first floor) or garage (does not apply to tent rentals). An additional charge will apply for all other deliveries. Please inquire if you have a special request.

*Refunds/Processing Fees – A 8% fee of the total credit will be deducted to cover processing costs for all refunds returned to credit/debit cards.

Our prices are based on the quality of our products. Beware of low prices for inferior quality.
